I'm Joseph Coleman, founder of LevelHead Solutions.
For more than 20 years I've worked on the side of software most people never see: making sure it works, shipping it to clients, rolling it out, migrating data, and supporting it after launch. I've done that across real estate and appraisal software, mobile apps, online and casino gaming (one of the most tightly regulated industries there is), digital marketing and subscription systems, healthcare EMR and pharmacy management, and fleet, asset-tracking, and construction project management.
My specialties are workflow automation, software quality, and client and IT management: client releases, rollouts, transitions, and migrations.
LevelHead Solutions brings that experience to small businesses. Most small businesses don't have an IT department, and off-the-shelf software rarely fits exactly. I help you figure out what's slowing you down, and then I automate it, fix it, or build what's missing. Sometimes the best advice is to keep what you have and use it better, and I'll tell you that too.
